2024 marked another transformative year for Castor, defined by growth, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to empowering clinical research. This year, Castor supported thousands of studies globally, including 100 pro bono projects through our Impact Program, aligning with our mission to make clinical trials more inclusive and accessible. Our new Castor Essentials program launched to help emerging biotech and medtech companies navigate a challenging funding landscape while still accessing the tools they need to advance research.
The team also worked tirelessly to address key bottlenecks in clinical trials, particularly through the thoughtful application of practical AI solutions to reduce site and patient burdens. From automating workflows to enhancing the patient experience with eConsent and ePRO, Castor remains focused on solving the day-to-day challenges that delay trial timelines.
